Just to give you a taste of how much a raid in T6 content depends on you. Yes you. You can't be mindless sheep just standing still pressing one button there, as the fate of the whole raid can be put in your hands at any point.

. Took me 7 tries to get the hang of it. The best formula is to nova them immediately and then cycle targets and spirit lance them all(Tab->Spirit lance->Tab->Spirit lance and so on). It's harder than ingame, but it's good practice.
